DELIVERY INFORMATION
How much will shipping cost?
Our regular shipping price for jewelry is $10. It will be charged once regardless how many items there are in your order.
All orders will be shipped with tracked airmail.
OK, order is placed, when will you ship?
Our order handling time is 1-3 working days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on your location. Estimated shipping time is:
- USA, GB, Japan and most EU destinations – 2 weeks.
- Canada and Australia – up to 6 weeks.
Shipping time can increase throughout holiday time, especially Christmas and New Year.
Will I have to pay customs and duties?
It depends on where you live:
- US citizens will not have to pay any duties
- German and Israeli citizens most probably will have to pay customs duty
- for other countries we don’t have consistent information, please rely on your prior international online shopping experience
What if my order is lost or damaged during transportation?
If your order is not delivered within 1.5 months and there are no recent tracking updates, we will either send you a replacement or refund you in full. The same applies to damaged items.

What's your return policy?
You can return your piece of jewelry for whatever reason within 30 days since delivery date.
How do I return my jewelry?
Just contact us and we will provide you with return shipping address. Please specify whether you want to receive a refund or exchange the item.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you’re returning the jewelry because you changed your mind or ordered wrong size then you should pay for return shipping.
If your jewelry has some defect or it’s size does not match ordered one, we’ll reimburse you as long as you ship it with the cheapest tracked service provided by your national post.
My ring is broken, will you replace it?
Please provide us with photos and describe what happened. If the ring was not abused, we will replace it even if you’re out of our 30 days return window.

Got this for my friends cosplay he loves it. This is my second purchase from here and they’re both excellent.
The product I received is exactly as I expected! I bought this alongside the inquisitorial pendant, but I must say that this chain goes well with all sorts of pendants! Highly recommend this item for a more gritty style.
The amulet is precisely what it was advertized of being. Its also as good quality as the pictures show. I am very happy with my purchase. The only thing that the pictures do not show is the small indentation towards the inside on the back of the amulet. I for one do not mind it at all, especialy since this means its also lighter on the neck and more confirtable to wear while not loosing anything in its looks and craft quality. I am also very happy with the stores services. We had issues with the delivery, UPS loosing the package. The store simply sent another package via postal service with no issues and I received it quite fast the second time. Conclusion, good quality product from a trust worthy store.
